Join the HaRD Net!
We have a public engagement network known as HaRD Net that is open to anyone to join. As a member of HaRD Net, you will have the opportunity to influence local health services and work together with us to improve them. You can learn more about the NHS, have a say in the development of services and get involved with health services in your area.
The idea behind HaRD Net is to build up a network of local people, patients, carers, voluntary sector representatives and other partners.
Who is membership open to?
Anyone who has a particular interest in health services in the Harrogate and Rural District. As a member of HaRD Net, you will:
•receive our quarterly newsletter HaRD News
•be asked to take part in surveys and tell us about your experiences of local services
•be invited along to meetings, events or focus groups.
How much or little you get involved is entirely up to you.
Recent feedback from HaRD Net members
Hot Topics Surveys
We recently launched Hot Topics surveys, to ask HaRD Net members for their views on different areas of healthcare services. The results of the surveys will help to inform any future developments in these areas. The survey reports can be found below.
- Dementia services - survey results
- Primary care and hospital follow ups - survey results
- Patients receiving outpatients letters
